Home visits are extremely limited and may have a $20–$100 convenience fee added to each visit, depending on your insurance coverage and zip code.

TLN, UHC, Curative, Aetna, and self-pay clients billed directly through Milk Diva will have a $20 convenience fee. All other clients will have a $100 convenience fee.
