Naiomi, the founder and owner of Milk Diva Lactation Services, is dedicated to educating parents to nurture, nourish, and empower future generations through breastfeeding. Her goal is to instill confidence in parents as they embark on this significant and bonding experience with their child. With her background as an award-winning Labor & Delivery Nurse and Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Naiomi navigates the certainties and uncertainties of lactation, providing expert guidance. 

After personally experiencing vulnerability and a lack of resources during her own motherhood journey, Naiomi was inspired to start Milk Diva Lactation Services. Her aim is to offer judgment-free support and resources to help parents feel prepared and equipped for the challenges of breastfeeding. 

With almost 10 years as a Perinatal Nurse, Naiomi understands the anxiety and challenges families face when it comes to breastfeeding. She emphasizes the importance of accurate education and timely guidance to prevent frustration, sadness, and self-doubt. 

Naiomi's approach goes beyond focusing solely on "the latch." She evaluates the whole body and provides education, resources, and hands-on evaluations for both mother and baby. Her consultations involve taking pictures and videos to help parents remember important details. Milk Diva values the well-being of the entire family, considering factors such as energy, finances, goals, and emotional health alongside the baby's long-term well-being. 

In addition to her expertise as an IBCLC, Naiomi is also a certified Infant Nutrition Counselor. With this additional skill set, she is dedicated to facilitating your journey into parenthood, particularly in understanding your baby's nutrition and assisting babies in their transition from milk to solids. Naiomi expertly navigates food sensitivities and streamlines the potentially overwhelming process of introducing solids, providing you with the right information minus the overload. 

As one of the few practitioners in Austin, Texas who has completed the IBCLC Masterclass, Naiomi has expertise in supporting breastfeeding dyads in overcoming oral dysfunction. She also has training in TOTS (Tethered Oral Tissue), addressing feeding difficulties that may be less obvious but significant. 

As Milk Diva continues to expand its team, Naiomi is selective in choosing consultants who share the same emphasis on identifying the root cause of feeding issues and supporting families throughout their breastfeeding journey. Dr. Stephanie Gessner, our exceptional chiropractor, embarked on a remarkable journey fueled by a personal experience with a neck injury from horse-back riding. This transformative event sparked her exploration of the profound benefits of chiropractic care, leading her to become a dedicated advocate for holistic well-being.

Dr. Stephanie is a specialist in prenatal and pediatric health, with a focus on providing comprehensive care during the perinatal period. She holds certifications in the renowned Webster Technique, a chiropractic technique specifically designed for pregnancy. As an esteemed member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, she remains at the forefront of advancements in the field. Dr. Stephanie's dedication to supporting birthing families extends beyond chiropractic, as she has undergone training as a labor doula and volunteered at a local maternity home. This diverse background enhances her expertise in offering holistic care and personalized support throughout the entire perinatal journey.

Dr. Stephanie has witnessed firsthand the transformative power of chiropractic care in birthing families. From facilitating smoother births to aiding postpartum recovery, enhancing successful breastfeeding, and promoting optimal baby development, she understands the vital role chiropractic plays in nurturing the well-being of both mother and child.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Dr. Stephanie finds immense joy in spending quality time with her beloved family and adorable rescue pups. They serve as a constant source of inspiration, reinforcing her unwavering dedication to caring for others.

Embark on a wellness journey with Dr. Brittany Guelzow, our extraordinary Pediatric and Prenatal Chiropractor! Dr. Britt is a caring healer, devoted cat mom, and an all-around enthusiast (with a cheerleading past that adds a dash of cheerfulness). Originally hailing from Chicago, she found her home in Austin back in July 2019.

Driven by a deep belief in the incredible impact of chiropractic care, Dr. Brittany has spent the last decade focusing on the well-being of pregnant women and pediatrics in her private practice. She had the honor of working as an associate at one of the nation's leading providers in pediatric chiropractic care, specializing in children with unique needs, refining her expertise in this vital field.

A proud member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and certified in the Webster Technique, Dr. Brittany excels in providing chiropractic care to pregnant women. Witnessing the magic of pregnancy and birth on children, along with parents expressing, "Why didn't we know this sooner?" fueled her passion for pregnancy education.

Thrilled to be a part of the Milk Diva Team, Dr. Brittany is excited to collaborate with her longtime friend, Dr. Stephanie Gessner. Her commitment to nurturing babies, caring for children with unique needs, supporting pregnant moms, and assisting dancers or those with hypermobility reflects her warm and holistic approach to chiropractic care. Choosing Dr. Brittany means not just gaining a chiropractor but having a friendly guide on your wellness journey.

Isabel, a highly skilled lactation consultant, has assisted thousands of mothers on their breastfeeding journey. Her own experiences enable her to empathize and understand the challenges faced by new mothers. Being bilingual in Spanish and English allows her to provide support and guidance to a diverse range of mothers. 

Known for her gentle and compassionate approach, Isabel tailors her advice and support to meet the unique needs of each family. With her extensive experience, she excels at identifying breastfeeding difficulties and helping families find effective solutions. Isabel is also one of the few practitioners in Austin, Texas who has completed the IBCLC Masterclass for Oral Habilitation and is specially equipped to assist babies with tongue-tie. 

In addition to her expertise in breastfeeding support, Isabel also offers valuable consultations for babies experiencing bottle refusal. Her compassionate approach and deep understanding of infant feeding challenges allow her to provide practical solutions and support to families navigating this issue. 

Isabel believes in easing the pressure on new mothers who often feel overwhelmed and burdened. She offers compassionate care and feedback to provide support and guidance throughout the breastfeeding process. As a mother herself, Isabel has dedicated her career to helping other mothers overcome challenges and succeed in breastfeeding, ensuring they feel loved and supported on their feeding journey. 

Isabel was drawn to Milk Diva by the passionate and enthusiastic team of professionals dedicated to elevating the lactation profession and making a lasting impact in their community. She shares their values and appreciates the opportunity to learn from industry-leading experts who share her passion for maternal child health. Whether through in-home or virtual consultations, Isabel offers flexible and non-judgmental care for breastfeeding families. In her free time, Isabel enjoys spending time with her blended family, including her husband and four children, ranging in age from 9 to 17, and she particularly enjoys cooking. 

With trained expertise, personal breastfeeding experiences, and a passion for education, Katie offers customized and flexible lactation care for parents on their infant feeding journey. Her interest in becoming a lactation consultant stemmed from successfully advising struggling breastfeeding peers.

Katie's approach involves helping parents navigate the overwhelming world of infant feeding information, providing customized techniques, up-to-date education, recommendations, and tools to meet each family's unique needs. Through prenatal relationships, she prepares parents for potential challenges and changes in their feeding plans. Katie ensures a compassionate and judgment-free lactation consultation experience, encouraging families to actively participate in creating a customized infant-feeding plan. Her flexible schedule offers convenience and accessibility.

Katie was immediately drawn to Milk Diva due to their unwavering dedication to elevating lactation care and their core values of nurturing, nourishing, and empowering future generations. Recognizing the importance of these principles, Katie embarked on an intensive training journey, devoting over 6 months of full-time training to learn the unique skills, techniques, and methods that define Milk Diva's exceptional approach. Under the guidance of Milk Diva's Founder, Naiomi, Katie honed her expertise to ensure she could deliver the same level of exceptional care and support to her clients. This immersive training experience has equipped Katie with the knowledge and proficiency needed to provide a truly special and transformative lactation care experience to the families she serves.

In addition, she has also completed the Tethered Oral Tissue (TOTS) training course, distinguishing her as one of the few local lactation consultants with this expertise. With a master's degree in Adult Education, Katie brings a unique perspective to providing knowledge and guidance to parents.

Katie is one of the few practitioners in Austin, Texas who has completed the IBCLC Masterclass, giving her specialized expertise in helping breastfeeding dyads manage oral dysfunction. She is also trained in TOTS (Tethered Oral Tissue), allowing her to address subtle yet impactful feeding challenges.

Katie lives near Dripping Spring with her husband and two daughters, enjoying family time, reading, and involvement in her church community. 

Lindsay brings an impressive 18 years of nursing and lactation experience to our team, with a career spanning various roles, all focused on the well-being of moms and babies. Beginning as a nursery nurse and advancing to the critical role of a NICU nurse, Lindsay has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to nurturing and supporting families during their most vulnerable moments. Her journey led her to become a Lactation Consultant, where she passionately contributes her expertise both in in-patient and outpatient settings.

Originally from San Angelo, TX, Lindsay most recently practiced as a Nurse in the Dallas-Fort Worth area before settling in Liberty Hill, TX, 8 years ago. She shares her life with her husband, a dedicated Certified Nurse Anesthetist, and their four wonderful children, spanning ages from 8 to 21. Lindsay's personal experiences and extensive knowledge undeniably enhance the care she provides.

Lindsay's fervor for breastfeeding support deeply resonates with Milk Diva's mission. Her unwavering dedication to guiding mothers on their breastfeeding journeys seamlessly aligns with our values, making her a highly anticipated addition to our team.

But Lindsay's approach goes beyond just "the latch." Drawing from her rich pediatric nursing background, she takes a holistic approach by evaluating both the baby and the mother to swiftly identify the root causes of feeding issues. She then provides education, resources, and gentle hands-on exercises tailored to each family's unique situation.
